Returned items must be unused with all VIKJET tags attached and in original packaging (box & pouch) with the sales invoice.
All discounted or SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Engraved, embossed, special order, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless approved by VIKJET.
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs including taxes & duties.
If the item you wish to exchange for is lower than the price of the original item purchased, we will issue you a credit note in the form of a coupon code, valid for 12 months.
