We are delighted that you have chosen VIKJET for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unexpected issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly within 24 - 48 hours to resolve them.

Ready-to-ship VIKJET Jewelry will be processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours and if within Dubai, can be delivered to you in 2 hours.

Made-to-order pieces will take 4 - 6 weeks to ship. If your order is ready sooner, we will notify you. Production on orders will commence upon receipt of full payment. For rush orders if required, there may be an additional fee. All items featured on official VIKJET social media channels are available for purchase. If you do not see something on our website, please contact our team for assistance to place your order.


Tax & Shipping

  • All domestic orders within the UAE ship free via FedEx once ready.
  • International orders from VIKJET totaling $1,500 USD or more ship for free.
  • Shipping rates are calculated using FedEx and include insurance to protect your merchandise.
  • In the rare event of a lost item during transit, customers will receive a credit for the original item value after VIKJET confirms the loss.
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery for security.
  • VIKJET can cancel orders and issue refunds in case of production issues.
  • Pricing on vikjetfinejewelry.com does not include taxes and duties when being shipped outside the UAE. These fees are the responsibility of the client.

Prices on VIKJET include 5% VAT on items purchased within the UAE.

  • For returns or exchanges, domestic taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We ship internationally and domestically with FedEx.
  • VIKJET Jewelry is not liable for shipping delays.

Complimentary Services

All orders come packed in VIKJET's special packaging. If you wish, you can include a personalized VIKJET gift card with your order. Please select this option when checking out.

VIKJET offers free resizing of rings within +/- 2 sizes within 60 days of receiving your order. For other adjustments, please contact our customer service for pricing.


Warranty & Repairs

All VIKJET Jewelry is guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 90 days from delivery. VIKJET will repair any manufacturer-related breakage within this period at no charge. Please note, normal wear and tear, improper care, or misuse voids this warranty, and repairs are evaluated case-by-case at the discretion of VIKJET.

For repairs, contact us at contact@vikjetfinejewelry.com or call +97144469898 Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm and Saturday, 10am to 2pm. Please provide details and photographs including the item needing repair, repair specifics, original sales invoice details, and your contact information. Each repair request is subject to approval by VIKJET based on assessment.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Lost items
  • Stone loss due to damage or improper use
  • Discoloration from chemical exposure (e.g., sunscreen, makeup)
  • Prong damage leading to stone loss
  • Normal wear and tear scratches
  • Improper product use or storage
  • Modifications by non-VIKJET parties

Purchases from third-party vendors are not covered under VIKJET's warranty; refer to the vendor's warranty policy instead.
